Shipping Information

Once an order has been placed, it will be processed within 24-48 hours.  For available stock, orders are shipped from our distribution facility within 5-7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items will ship as available, typically 6-8 weeks.  If your needs are immediate, please contact us to check stock or discuss expedited shipping options.  

Orders are not processed until payment is received in full, regardless of whether or not the product is ready to ship.

Upon placement of an order, the Goods will be shipped to the address you designate as the Shipping Address during the check-out process.  Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Carrier tracking information will be provided once shipped. Transit times vary depending on product and location. Once shipped you should expect your order to arrive in 3-7 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the U.S. territories or any foreign countries at this time.

Pillows with backordered inserts will ship when both cover and insert are available.  

Changes to your order can be made by you at any point while placing your order. Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you have selected the incorrect products and submitted your order, please review our returns procedures.

Return Policy

We take great care in creating our products for you and want you to love your selection as much we enjoyed creating it.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a replacement, exchange, or refund on any *eligible merchandise.  We accept returns on clean, unused goods in original packaging within 30 days of receipt and with proof of purchase.  

If you are unsure of a color or texture, please order a fabric swatch or contact our studio for assistance.

Returning an item is at your own risk and you will be responsible for return shipping charges.  Please contact us to discuss your return.  You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged, and at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.  Returns that arrive to us with postage due will be returned to sender.  

*Colton Collection does not accept returns or exchanges on custom or COM items, fabric swatches, sale items, or items purchased at warehouse sales or popup shops, or gift cards except in the case of transit damage.  Please contact us for transit damage claims.
